- Take a pan and add oil in it. Let it get hot at medium flame. Add cumin seeds in it. Cook it for 1 min and then add ginger garlic paste in it.
- Cook it for another two min on low flame by continously stirring it.
- Take mortar and pestle set and add freshly washed mint leaves and green chillies in it. Mash it till it converts into smooth paste.
- Now add this paste in pan and cook it for 5 min on medium flame. Add diced onion in it and cook it on high flame for 2 min.
- Now add bell peppers in it and cook it till it gets little soft on high flame. Continuously stir these veggies to avoid burning.
- Take non-stick grill pan and saute fresh chesse cubes on it. Grill it till it turns to golden brown.
- Add red chilli powder in vegetables and then add vegetable stock in it. Cook it till gravy gets little bit thick.
- Now add soya sauce, tomato ketchup, vinegar and chilli sauce in it. Mix it properly and add salt in it. Mix it again.
- Finally add cheese cubes in it and cook it for 1 min on low flame. Switch off the gas and garnish it with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
