  1. 2 cups Soya Chunks
  2. 300 gm Ching's Egg Noodles
  3. 2 tsp Salt
  4. 1 tsp Chilli Garlic sauce
  5. 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
  6. 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  7. 2-3 Garlic Cloves sliced
  8. 2 Tomatoes finely chopped or Tomato puree
  9. 1 bunch Spring Onion Greens
  10. 1/2 a Cabbage shredded
  11. 2 Capsicums thinly sliced
  12. 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  13. 1 bunch Coriander Leaves finely chopped
  14. 2 tbsp Oil

Steps to make to make Soya Hakka Noodles

  1. Add Soya Chunks to a bowl with hot water. Cover and keep aside for 15 minutes. Squeeze them a little bit to remove all the extra water. Keep aside. Heat Oil in a Kadai. Saute Garlic at first. Now add Vegetables one by one. Also add Chilli Garlic and Soy Sauces.
  2. Also add some Black Pepper Powder and saute everything on a medium high heat. Keep stirring it every now and then. Do not over cook. Let them retain the Crunch.
  3. Add the Soya Chunks now. Mix well and let it cook on a low heat for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile boil Noodles in enough water with Salt and Oil. Drain and add to the kadai. Give it all a good mix. Take care to do that with light hands. Don't forget to check on Salt and Pepper to adjust accordingly.
  4. Fluff it up with a Pasta Ladle and serve immediately. Enjoy!
