- Take Chaap and Boil in water for 5 minutes. Remove from water and dry with Kitchen towel.
- Take bowl Add All ingredients except Maida, cornflour,cornflakes and Chaap.
- Mix well them then add Chaap for merinate for atleast 2 hours in refrigerator.
- Take maida and cornflour mix well and add some salt and black pepper.make batter with water.
- Take Marinated chaap dip in bater and cover with cornflakes one by one. Put in refrigerator for half an hour.
- Take hot oil and fry the chaap one by one medium flame. When it's colour is brown remove from oil and put on tissue paper and sprinkle the Chaat masala.
