  5. And in the garlic, onion,bay leaf and saute until the onion turns golden brown.and put soya sauce and stir the mixture.
  6. Now put rice,salt, chilli powder,oats,pepper and mix all of the and after about 3-5 mins put garam masala and then turn the stove off and let it cool.
  7. Now garnish it with onion, coriander leaves and mint.
  8. Now serve while warm.
