- 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
- 1 tbsp Tandoori masala
- 1 tbsp red chilli powder
- 2 tsp garlic powder or garlic paste
- 2 tsp Mint powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp kasuri methi
- 1/2 tsp salt
- As required Leave charcoal + ghee
- For grilling momos
- As required Bamboo skewers
- as required Marinated momos
- as required Diced Onions
- As needed- Diced Capsicum
- 1 tsp oil

- For making tandoori momos we will start by make momo dough.
- In a mixing bowl add all three ingredient flour, salt and water as required and knead dough. Dough must be semi stiff. Further drizzle oil cover and rest it for 15-20 minutes.

- Till momos gets steamed we need to start preparing marinate for tandoori momos.
- In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients for marination and mix them into lumps free paste.
- Add into marination steamed momos and mix with light hands and coat well with marination.
- Place leave charcoal and pour few drops of ghee. Cover and smoke momos for 2-3 minutes.
- Further we shall grill momos. For grilling Skew diced capsicum, momos and onions in the bamboo skewers.
- Heat up the pan and drizzle oil and cook momos each side till golden brown. You can also char grill on direct flame to get charred texture.
