- For frying:
- 2 Wisked eggs
- Bread crumbs as required
Instructions to make to make Tandoori chicken rollups
- Step 1 : Mix all the marination ingredients and marinate the chicken breasts for about 1-2 hours.
- Step 2 : In a pan add 1-2 tbsp of oil and cook the chicken for about 7-8 mins on both sides until tender. Let it cool and chop the chicken breasts into small pieces.
- For yoghurt sauce: Blend all the ingredients well until combined. Then add salt to taste and mix well.And set aside.
- Step 4 : Assembling : Take bread slices and flat the bread with the help of rolling pin. Then brush the sauce with yoghurt sauce.Then put some cooked chicken. some tomato, onion and grated cheese on top.
- Step 5 : Gently roll the bread and seal the end and sides of the bread using maida and water paste. Repeat the process with all the rolls.
- Step 6 : For frying : Now coat the bread rolls with eggs and bread crumbs. And then fry it on medium heat until golden brown. And serve it with yoghurt sauce......😊😊😊
