- Turn off the heat when marmalade is ready and let it become warm at room temperature. Then you can store it in sterilized glass jars and keep it in the refrigerator. It can be stored for a few months if used carefully. You have to use clean knife or a spoon every time you open the jar.
- Orange marmalade can be served with toast bread or it can be even used in the dishes where orange preserve is required.
