  17. 1/2 tsp Cummin powder
  18. 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
  19. as per taste Salt
  20. For tempering
  21. 1-2 tbsp Mustard oil
  22. 1/4 tsp Methi seeds

Steps to make to make Chicken Sadeko

  1. In a pan or kadai add in all the ingredients as listed for chicken preparation and boil the chicken for 30-40 minutes. Prepare other ingredients as listed above.
  2. Once chicken is cook char it in direct flame....put it in a steel bowl and add in all the ingredients except the tempering ingredients....don't mix now.
  3. Heat oil, once heated add the methi seeds...once it crackles put off the flame and pour it on the top of the dry masala portion. Then give it a mix....check salt and sourness add salt and lemon juice accordingly. Serve it immediately. I love it with chiwda/ flattened rice/ poha. It goes well as a starter/ appetizer. You can make it with any red meat of your choice too.
